Having searched the market for a benefits consultancy, there’s little to choose between many of the suppliers that are available. However, the Employee Benefits Collective are small enough to make us feel as if they genuinely care about us being successful, yet they are large enough to provide us with a high degree of support. Their ethos of reducing the cost of administration so that the benefit spend is directed at the benefits themselves will strike an accord with many employers and I can’t recommend them highly enough.
