I have had the pleasure to work with James on pension and financial wellbeing at BTG Plc – James’ knowledge, availability and presentation skills had a remarkable impact on our employees’ financial awareness and our ability as a company to engage senior executives in retirement and tax matters. Feedback from colleagues on the sessions run by James has been extremely positive and the upskilling provided by him is proving invaluable in dealing with the internal management of the pension scheme.
