I started August 1999 at a ‘top 4’ EB consultancy, then moved to work for an EB consultancy in London. I followed this with 10 years of consultancy in Surrey where I was Head of Group Risk when I left. I set up my own consultancy in 2015 and then founded the Employee Benefits Collective with James Hall and Tristram Hawthorn in 2018.
